The Flower Display
June 25, '10 by Maggie Lord
I came across this picture today while searching the web and I was really taken with it. One of the things I think I liked the most was that it offers a different approach to how you can display your wedding flowers. I love that this picture shows old tea cans as the vase. This picture started me thinking about all of the different items you could choose to show off your flowers. Also, I wanted to mention that some of our products are featured in the new Cottages & Bungalows Magazine- the July/August Issue! If you see the magazine you should really check it out since it has so many great pictures and ideas for the cottage!

A Birch Wedding Theme
June 15, '10 by Maggie Lord
When thinking about rustic weddings one thing that always come to mind is the idea of using birch or another type of wood as part of the decor. I found a wedding which took place in Vermont that I think shows how great an earthy birch wedding theme can be... and how great is this invitation which is mounted on real birch from a wedding in Colorado.

Pink Done Right
June 14, '10 by Maggie Lord
Many times brides try to stay away from the color pink for the their wedding color because sometimes it can come off as juvenile or something that should be at a sweet 16 party... but when pink is done right it can look fresh, summery and simply amazing. I picked a few pictures that I thought showed off how great pink can be when done right!
