Hermes Vintage Typewriter

We bought this beautiful typewriter from the premier Brooklyn dealer of vintage typewriters and cameras. It is completely refurbished and ready to use! It looks great--and performs just as well. Here is a description provided by the dealer himself. 

"An extension of the classic Hermes 2000, this Swiss-made 50's 3000 became a design classic with its sea-foam green body, innovative margin-setting side tabs and over-sized black-on-white keys. From the introduction of the first Hermes 3000 in the 50's, the 3000 went through multiple design reincarnations before production ceased in the late 1970s. This classic 50's era 3000 model is identical to the last typewriter Jack Kerouac worked on before his death in 1969."
